Charlie Sheen has a brother in Cape Coral?

In a February 5th story in the Fort Myers News-Press,

"A Cape Coral man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly was found engaging in distasteful acts with “at least one blow-up doll” in a car in the parking lot of a Publix.
According to Connie Baron, public information officer for the Cape Coral Police Department, George Bartusek Jr., 51, was arrested and charged with breach of peace.Officers were called to the Publix on Santa Barbara Boulevard after someone complained about the man’s behavior with a doll in the car.Baron said Bartusek was acting “distasteful” with the doll. It’s uncertain at this time if other charges will be added."

When I read this story, I was reminded of the New York Daily News story which quoted Sheen's former wife, Denise Richards as saying Charlie purchased a 6,000.00 anatomically correct sex doll. There is a story on circushour.com regarding a September 2007 episode in which Sheen convinced two women to come home and have sex with his "girlfriend". When the girls got to Sheen's apartment, they realized the "girlfriend" was a blow up doll. The girls broke into laughter and left the apartment. Sheen was outraged and went into a rage, reportedly taking a meat cleaver to the dolls arm. Then, in a creepy GoodFellas' movie theme, he then wrapped the doll up in a carpet, threw her in the trunk and drove around town in the middle of the night looking for a dumpster to dispose of the "body". That's just a bit disturbing. And all this time I thought the half in Two and a Half men was the kid.
