This so called stimulus package includes:

125 m(illion) for the DC sewer system
75 m for the Smithsonian
900m for green vehicles
180 m for bureau of land management buildings
110m for new buildings for US Fish and Wildlife
412 m center of disease control buildings
100 m US Marshall buildings construction
307 m National standards and technology buildings
60 m to make Arlington National Cemetery green
110 m for new computers at the National Farm Services
200 m to add alternative fuel vehicles on military bases
650 m to extend digital TV transmission.
1.2 Billion for government creation of summer youth jobs
750 m for the National Computer Center
850m for Amtrack on top of all the other money Amtrak already gets
100 m for lead paint removal.

Aren't these programs special? They all enhance government offices. Didn't the liberals in Congress just chastise bank CEO's for taking trips, upgrading offices or taking trips on private jets? If you work for the government, regardless of what you do, you're fine. However, if you are in the private sector and took government money, bend over. This left wing congress wants control of everything. Monday night's press conference might as well have been scripted by Leni Reifenstahl.
