Jon, can you pay for my healthcare?

Holy shit Bucs fans. The biggest comeback in our 32 year history. Another kickoff return for a touchdown, can you believe this? What a fantastic game to watch. Never mind the fact this should have been a smack down by the Bucs in KC, the Bucs have salvaged their season. Chan Gailey and Herm Edwards have nothing to lose, while rebuilding the Chiefs and at 1-6, why not mix it up a bit. Gruden, each and every week, the Bucs games come down to the final few minutes. How about simply stomping out an opponent by halftime with our oppressive defense?

But here are some facts-
30 points today- The Bucs scored 30 points today. Read former posts about when the Bucs score 27 or more points. 3-0 this season when scoring 27 or more points.

Clifton Smith- Thank God that Dexter, skids, Jackson is out of the lineup. I suggested Smith to return kicks earlier this season. Now he'll have more time to film that new commercial for Morgan and Morgan, slip and fall..........call.

Mike Bennett- This is a frustrating point for me. Why is he on this team? He got two touches today with Dunn being inactive. Late in the game, Smith was in instead of Bennett. Bennett was a ProBowl selection in 2002 and a 1,000 yard rusher. Why was Clifton Smith handling the duties instead of a veteran? If we aren't going to play him, why occupy a roster spot with him?

4 turnovers on the road- This is usually a recipe for disaster on the road. But this Tampa team has heart. I haven't scanned the net for research but usually when teams on the road turn the ball over 4 times, they win about 10% of the games.

24-3 in the 2nd Quarter- I went to read some of the posts at halftime at pewter report and it sounded like there was going to be a traffic issue on the Skyway for Bucs fans who were ready to jump. Ye of little faith..........

Mike Clayton- He was Rookie of the Year in 2004 and has failed to deliver in every year since. He has shown in the past few weeks, he can actually catch the ball again. He was a major impact in today's victory.

Jon Gruden- I'm a big supporter of yours', I've met you in person, but good god almighty, can we get away from the 4 yard out passes and stretch the field? Could we possibly attempt more than 5 passes down the field per game longer than 10 yards?

It was a great win today, the Bucs are 6-3 heading into their bye week. They play two of their next three games at home, the road game going to Detroit, a winless team who once again is coached by a former Bucs assistant. The Bucs are 4-0 at home, and 2-3 on the road. If we remain perfect at home, and .500 on the road, the Bucs will be 12-4 and headed into the playoffs.
There will be the major game of the season on MNF, December 8th, Bucs vs. Panthers. Come on Bucs and give me a birthday present. This has been an unusual season for the NFL. Cincy won today. The only win the Chiefs have is against the Broncos. The Bucs lost to the Broncos, then today the Bucs beat the Chiefs. There is no normalcy in the NFL, just parity.
